We want you to be satisfied with your imaging phantoms. This policy explains when and how returns are accepted.

Standard (catalog) products

Unused catalog products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, less shipping. Please contact us first to receive a return authorization.

Custom and made-to-order products

Customized or made-to-order phantoms are non-returnable except where they arrive damaged or do not match the confirmed specification.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

How to start a return

Contact our team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a credit, typically within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
