This policy covers how and when SimEd Group ships imaging phantoms and related products.

Processing & lead time

Many phantoms are made to order, so lead times vary by product and customization. Your quote or order confirmation includes the current estimated lead time.

Shipping methods & cost

We ship via insured freight and courier services appropriate to the product's size and destination. Shipping and handling are quoted per order.

Domestic & international

We ship within the United States and internationally. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery & inspection

Please inspect your shipment on arrival and report any damage within 7 days. See our Return Policy for damaged or defective items.
