A clinical study involving the use of proton therapy was done using a customized version of our torso phantom, which included additional tumors and a hollow fillable rectum. You can find that study here: Wang, S., Gonzalez, G., Sun, L. et al. Real-time tracking of the Bragg peak during proton therapy via 3D protoacoustic Imaging in a clinical scenario. npj Imaging 2, 34 (2024). https://doi.org/10.1038/s44303-024-00039-x .

Note: By default, the phantom comes in a translucent amber appearance. The skin feature can be included upon request.
